Hop in the car and merge onto this traffic nightmare for a good cry sesh. Since there’s usually a bunch of traffic, you can just keep your foot on the brake and let it all out. Drive somewhere—like to your fave coffee shop to treat yourself—or just drive around until you feel better. This is a great way to get in a private sesh, and driving always makes us feel better.
Okay, this does seem like an expensive cry, but after your sesh, you can grab some corn dog nuggies and ride Space Mountain, so that’s a win.
The Hub Grass is the perfect spot to let it all out because there are so many people and so many families that no one will notice. So cry into your fave Mickey-shaped snack!

Get lost in the aisles at the Winter Park Public Library. Hide away among the histories or seclude yourself among the science fiction. This library is literally a work of art thanks to it’s not only the perfect spot to cry, but it’s a beautiful place to cry too!
