Ponce City Market
Ponce City Market is an Atlanta favorite, and for a good reason! You can’t visit ATL without making a stop here and if you’re a local, you have been here at least once or twice in the past few months.
This is a staple spot in Atlanta and it could not, not be mentioned. There are so many shops, restaurants, dessert spots, and bars to mention here. We want to share a few of our favorite places at Ponce!
If you want options for food, Ponce City has them all. Whether you’re craving some bomb Italian cuisine, delicious Indian food, or some classic chicken tenders, this market has it all.
With a similar design to Krog Street Market, you simply order your food and grab a table if you’re looking for quick dining options. They have Italian restaurants, Latin-Inspired fare, Indian food, Mexican cuisine, and more.
If you want more of a sit-down experience, you should check out Bellina Alimentara , our personal favorite restaurant at Ponce. Featuring incredible Italian dishes and delicious drinks, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for something a little more formal. Atlanta BeltLine - Eastside Trail
Another great destination in Old Fourth Ward is the Atlanta BeltLine. The BeltLine stretches all the way around the center of Atlanta, but for now, we’re going to be focusing on the Eastside Trail and specifically the part of the beltline that is closest to Ponce City Market.
The great thing about the BeltLine is that you can rent a scooter, ride your bike, or walk/run to your destination. The Eastside Trail has a few different really cool bars and restaurants that you have to check out. Here are a few of our favorites!
If you’re looking to get a bite to eat with a view, any of the restaurants on the Eastside Trail BeltLine will not disappoint.
One of our favorite food spots just off the beltline is Buena Vida Tapas & Sol! The tapas here are incredible, and every single one will leave you speechless. You have to try the fried chicken tapas!
Estrella is definitely another favorite on the Beltline and it has stunning skyline views, not to mention amazing Mexican cuisine.
The Atlanta BeltLine – Eastside Trail also has tons of places to grab a drink, including a few fun rooftop bars. We personally love New Realm Brewing and think it’s a great spot for you to hit up. They have tons of seating inside and out and have loads of drink options.
