1. Orlando Fringe Festival

After a year of virtual performances being streamed into your bedroom, it’s time to celebrate the return of live theater to Orlando! Celebrating 30 years, the Orlando Fringe Festival is back with 14 days of performances, music, and art. 

Tickets range from free to $12, depending on the production. This is a great entry-point for newbies or theater lovers alike, along with an awesome opportunity to support up-and-coming creators. Who knows, maybe you’ll be the first to see the next big thing!

2. Orlando Carnival Festival

This multi-day Caribbean festival is making its way to Florida allowing everyone to get a taste of the islands. Over the weekend, Caribbean sounds, fashions, and flavors will be at the forefront for all of Orlando to enjoy.

The festivities will culminate on Sunday with a parade of bands and a festival in the park. After a year of no traveling, let the vacation come to you!

3. Milk Mart's 5th Anniversary Birthday Bash

Ain’t no party like a Milk Mart party, ’cause a Milk Mart party don’t stop! The Milk District is celebrating five years of bringing local artists and vendors to the streets with a bash filled with fun, friends, and food.

While other markets around the area are produce focused, the Milk Mart’s key focus is bringing local artists and artisans to the forefront. Be sure to check out their Instagram to see the full roster of vendors.

4. Memorial Day Weekend at Sunset Walk

Sunset Walk is one of Orlando’s newest hotspots for entertainment and has quickly become an epicenter of things to do in Orlando. Off of 192, the food and shopping district at Margaritaville prides itself on becoming a new hub for events. Of course, the pandemic put a pause on large-scaled festivities, but Sunset Walk is back with a Memorial Day celebration!

The street will be lined with performers, DJ Scotty B blasting tunes, and live Americana/Country performances from Tim Hamlin and Jason Link. Enjoy the official start to summer this Sunday!

5.Frontyard Festival - Bachata Heightz

Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts continues their exceptional series of outdoor events with a performance by urban-influenced bachata group, Bachata Heights. With their 1pm set time, call it a “Bachata Brunch,” if you will.

Your platform pod (up to 5 people) can order food from provider vendors to be delivered right to your seats as you enjoy the tropically influenced hip-hop and R&B beats. Why not kick-off the summer season with some great food and great music?!

Taste of Epcot: International Flower & Garden Festival

Epcot’s consistent schedule of festival is always one of the best things to do in Orlando! Continuing through July 5th, this “sample size” of Epcot’s annual International Flower and Garden Festival still includes all the hits that have fans visiting year after year.

Enjoy live music and a variety of outdoor kitchens as you stroll around World Showcase, enjoying all the gorgeous flora, fauna, and topiaries on display. (A tip: With the constant Florida heat, take advantage of Epcot’s 10pm closing time by enjoying an evening at the park. You’ll get to enjoy cooler weather and all the festival has to offer as the sun sets!)
