Wine and dine yourself this weekend and indulge in a night of Caribbean cuisine with a delicious 4-course meal from Caribbean-favorite food truck Di Big Jerk! This special dinner also features a beer pairing with each plate for 4 (5oz) pours of specialty beer.
The menu includes a starter of passionfruit jerk-glazed shrimp crostini or rose belly rockfish ceviche, a surf and turf main course of blackened snapper topped with mango salsa and a side of braised Oxtail with cilantro coconut rice and island slaw, and of course dessert – Jamaican rum bread pudding with a butter rum sauce. Girl Scout Cookies and beer may sound like an odd pairing, but Tarpon River Brewing has curated a flight of four craft beers selected specifically by their head brewer to go perfectly with the classic cookies. Whether you’re team Thin Mint or Samoa, Tagalong or Do-si-do, you’ll be sure to love this tasting!
The pairing will feature four different Girl Scout cookies and a beer flight of four 4-oz Tarpon River craft beers along with a tasting card that describes each beers’ flavor profiles. There will also be a kid-friendly milk flight option with three different milk flavors to complement each cookie, so the whole family can enjoy!

Learn how to cook a delicious Asian-fusion meal at Yello! Follow along with Executive Chef Alan Nippert to cook a mushroom lentil burger, agave sriracha slaw, turmeric sweet potato pie and ginger lime ice cream. This heart-healthy event finishes with a tasting of the class’ creation and a Q&A with the chef.
Tickets to the class include a complimentary glass of wine or beverage of choice. Face masks must be worn at all times except for seated eating or drinking, and seating is limited due to social distancing.
