Roots aims to eliminate the stigma that wine has to be “up tight” or unapproachable by providing an innovative and interactive wine experience.

They are the first in Houston to offer a unique experience that leverages the idea of “Try Before You Buy” using fully automated wine dispensing machines.

They have a rotating list of 50+ wines on tap to try in 1oz, 3oz, or 5oz pours. They also sell all their wines by the bottle to enjoy while dining-in or retail to take home.
