Who’s ready for some live music? If you’re anything like us you’ve been missing hearing a live band. This summer The Glass Jug will be hosting local bands and food trucks for the ultimate Saturday night hangout. This Saturday get ready for a string band like no other. Into The Fog is a local band who play everything from bluegrass to funk to rock and everything in between. While you’re rocking out, grab a bite from Bo’s Kitchen, an authentic Korean food truck! And of course you can’t forget to grab a nice cold brew from The Glass Jug!

Feeling a bit adventurous? Come put your climbing skills to the test for a fun climb with other climbing enthusiasts. Whether you’re new to climbing or an experienced climber, this event is bound to be a great time. Make some new friends and then head over to Bond Brothers to grab a beer. Sit out on their awesome patio and don’t forget to check out the food truck onsite, Hale Yeah Kitchen!

Looking to do some shopping? The MAKRS Society is hosting a pop-up market this Saturday in Durham Central Park! Bring your reusable tote and get ready to shop from over 30 local makers! You’ll be able to find goodies of all types from jewelry to bath and beauty products to artisan food items. And while you’re walking around grab a snack from the food trucks! Make a whole day of it by shopping and hanging out at the breweries and local eateries of downtown Durham!

Want to know our favorite park of the weekend? Brunching! And the best place to brunch on Sunday is at Southern Charred; they do brunch right.
