Bamboozle is a modern Vietnamese fast-casual spot in the heart of Channelside. Known for their fresh rolls and amazing Pho, their successful Downtown location has expanded to the Channelside area.  It’s hard to find boba in the Downtown Tampa/Channelside area, so you must stop by for their Taro tea boba.

We recommend checking out their online menu before you go to choose from their many delicious selections! Craving Pho? They have Seafood, Shrimp, Vegan, Beef, and Chicken options!

We also recommend their Margherita Flatbread, with fresh marinara, mozzarella, and basil. During the weekdays, make use of their happy hours from 3:00pm–7:00pm and get discounted deals on some of your favorite drinks! Snag a seat by the window for front row views of the nearby dog park, featuring lots of furry friends for added entertainment.

Fabrica is one of our favorite pizza places in Channelside.  They serve Neopolitan-style pizza, with top-quality and unique ingredients.  Their pizza crust is burnt perfectly on the edges, making this your next new craving!

We recommend the Verdura pizza with oven-roasted broccolini, whipped ricotta, baby spinach, and extra virgin olive oil.  Or try out the Funghi–with oven-roasted mushrooms, rosemary, and sweet & sour onions.

We recommend ordering a couple of their tapas, but especially their cheeseboard. Their quality selection is served with mixed olives, flatbread pieces, and olive oil. 

Try this with their sangria flight, and you’ll be set for date night! You can choose three flavors–ranging from classic to tropical or dark cherry chocolate!

We recommend ordering their shrimp tacos–the best in the Tampa Bay area! 

But the best part of an Urban Cantina meal is actually free: chips and salsa. Highly addicting, you will likely be asking for 3 baskets just for yourself.

Showing off their dedication to getting the details right, they ship water from New York to get that chewy NYC pizza crust texture. We recommend their white pizza or buffalo chicken slices–big enough to share with a friend! 

Also, if you haven’t been in recent years, make sure to check out their new expanded area with yummy gelato and Italian desserts!

CW’s Gin Joint is a modern speakeasy located in an unassuming office building. Though the valet stand gives it away, you’ll open the doors and be met with a well-dressed bouncer who will give you entry into this luxurious and ambient 1930’s inspired space. 

We recommend trying out their octopus appetizer and grabbing one of their many gin drinks. 

Quick tip: visit on weekends for some of the best live music in the Downtown area! They will ask if you have a reservation for a dining room table, but we find that if you ask to sit at the bar the wait is much shorter–if any!

Dio Modern Mediterranean is the spot for some modern Greek eats.  Since they have outdoor seating open to the Downtown street views, this is a great spot for lunch or for a chill night with friends. When Tampa has some cool weather, they even open up the restaurant’s garage door walls to let the fresh air in.

Featuring delicious gyros and paninis for lunch, their menu has everything that you’re looking for, so try not to order everything. We recommend sharing their amazing hummus and flavorful roasted garlic feta dip!

Fusion Bowl is an amazing Vietnamese lunch cafe in the office area of Downtown Tampa.  We love their expansive menu – which even features breakfast items!  We recommend their signature pho noodle soup or their banh mi sandwich–a Vietnamese classic, with the best bread you’ve ever tasted. 

The one thing that you cannot pass on is their unique, muddled teas–black tea infused with mint and berries of your choice! 

Lastly, if you are a vegetarian who is looking for the perfect vegetarian restaurant, Fusion Bowl has a full and specialized menu for you!

They don’t skimp on their menu either with its flavorful renditions of all the classic game food. We think they have some of the best wings in Tampa! definitely try them Lightning Shake n’ Bake style, a yummy garlic parmesan flavor!
