Break out the lederhosen for everyone’s fave beer fest: Oktoberfest! Believe it or not this event is the largest and most authentic German festival in NC so let’s celebrate our (or your friend/neighbor/coworker’s) German heritage. Cheer on your fave dog in the weiner dog race, take part in the stein hoist and hammer-striking competition, enjoy the German car display, and try to be crowned Miss and Mr Oktoberfest all to the beat of authentic German music. And we know that that sounds exhausting, but don’t worry– you can refuel on brats, traditional German pastries, pretzels, and more. And of course wash it down with a pint (or more) of your fave German brews!
🗓 Oct 02 | 12:00pm–8:30pm

Are you looking to eat, listen to music, and just have a good time? Check out NC Eat and Play’s Fall Hootenanny! Snack on rustic farm-blazed pizzas from V Pizza and you have to pair it with the presenting sponsor, an ice cold Cheerwine! And adults don’t worry, you can indulge in local beer and a special wine experience. Throughout the night they’ll be lots of live music by NC’s own Sweet Potato Pie in addition to tons of games, rides, and giveaways. It’s definitely a fun filled night!
