MAD Greens - South Austin

Mad Greens has loads of salad options and we’d love to try them all. Honestly, “pasta salads” are also a thing and we’re here for it!

In case you are in the mood for something sweet, grab yourself the Vibrant Venus. You’ll love the combination of spinach, grilled chicken, yummy strawberries, praline pecans, goat cheese, and red onions, with balsamic vinaigrette! We’ve also got our eyes on the Edgar Allan Poe and Strawberry Cooler juice.

Pro Tip: Grab some healthy snacks like the Roasted Red Pepper Hummus or Cowboy Caviar to keep around for those midnight snack cravings!
