Selecting a venue can sometimes be overwhelming, you’ll want to pick a place that will be meaningful and romantic. We thought we would make the process a little bit easier by creating a list of our favorite wedding venues in Pittsburgh

Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is truly one of the most breathtaking wedding venues in Pittsburgh. In fact, it was dubbed as one of the “Best Garden Wedding Venues in the World” by Harper’s Bazaar and rated as one of the top wedding venues in America by Yelp

Phipps Conservatory offers a multitude of event spaces including the Outdoor Garden, Tropical Forest, Broderie Room, East Wing and Special Events Hall. Plus, you have the option to rent out the entire facility, allowing guests to have intimate access to all 14 rooms! This historic wedding venue is a romantic space that features beautiful plants and scenery. From planning to preparation to the big day, Phipps Conservatory is the perfect place to celebrate love! 

The Garden Room at the National Aviary provides a stunning backdrop for your big day! With a dazzling view of Rose Garden and Lake Elizabeth, as well as, fireplaces adorning each end of the room, this space is sure to create a beautiful combination of elegance and coziness. The reception food is provided by Atria’s Specialty Catering using local, fresh ingredients and future newlyweds are implored to help design the menu! 

The best part? If you select the National Aviary as your wedding venue, guests may “enjoy exclusive and seamless access to the National Aviary’s lush, immersive habitats via The Charity Randall Foundation Eagle Hall.” Plus, you might even have a penguin (or two) stop by for some pictures!

Tie the knot amongst the Pittsburgh Skyline at this unique venue! Fairmont Pittsburgh is located in the heart of Downtown and features a panorama view of PNC Park and the North Shore. An experienced catering sales manager will help you coordinate all of the details for your big day! The space is available for ceremonies of 50-500 people and “an award-winning culinary team will work with you to create a custom menu that’s as unique as you are.”

Imagine walking into your reception and seeing the Pittsburgh Pirates in action! Located in the iconic Fulton Building, The Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel looks out at the North Shore and PNC Park. The chic atmosphere and original architectural features beautifully accent the venue space, not to mention the glass-domed rotunda and grand marble staircase (perfect for pictures)!

Edgewood Country Club is truly an unforgettable experience. The Country Club, which was established in 1898, boasts a gorgeous golf course, a beautiful ballroom and a variety of room options! Additionally, an onsite reception coordinator, as well as, catering staff are available for ease and convenience. Edgewood Country Club can accommodate a wedding of any budget! Furthermore, the decor can be personalized to each couple and the manicured lawn provides for stunning photos. 

The Station at Shadyside will have newlyweds checking off their something old AND their something new!  Located in Pittsburgh’s Historic “Automobile Row” what was once a bustling gas station in the 1920s is now a very cute wedding venue. The community Courtyard creates a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor celebrations, as well as, offering a peaceful and private venue in the heart of the city. The Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium is one of the most romantic wedding venues in Pittsburgh. Future spouses may select from three location settings and honestly, it’s hard to pick just one! With its rainforests, aquatic life and waterfalls, The PPG Aquarium transforms into a gorgeous backdrop for your vows. Couples may also say “I Do” at the Water’s Edge—and have a fantastic vantage point of the polar bears, sea otters, sea lions and elephant seals. Lastly, the zoo offers a Garden Tent which creates a grand ceremony and reception!

Offering a natural beauty unlike any other, alongside exotic animals and plants, the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium  is sure to be a hit with you and your guests. 

Add a playful twist to your big day at the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh. They offer 6 different locations which can accommodate anywhere from 30 to 400 guests. The event spaces range from elegance, like The Big Red Room, to casual like the Backyard. Plus, if you want to get crazy—future spouses can rent out the entire museum!
