In the heart of downtown is another one of our favorites, The Anchor Bar! If you’re all about sports and beer, this is definitely one of the sports bars in Downtown Tampa that you need to visit.
The Anchor Bar has a magnificent beer selection that always includes local picks. We always order the Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls when we go and couldn’t recommend them more! It’s a smaller, low-key kind of bar with great prices and tasty food.

AmSo is one of our go-to sports bars in downtown Tampa because of the views and the deals. On Monday, they feature delicious burgers for only $5. In addition, enjoy all-you-can-eat tacos every Tuesday. We also love how it transforms when the sun goes down to more of a nightlife vibe!

Everyone welcome to the neighborhood! Butter’s is one of the newer sports bars in Downtown Tampa that serves crafted burgers, cocktails, and beers. One glance at the burger menu will make your mouth water–we love the North Ashley Drive, which comes with mushrooms, fried Prosciutto, and Swiss.
All of the burgers are so juicy and are served on caramelized buttered buns. They even have a black bean burger for our vegan friends! It’s the ideal spot to catch a game or two with a group of friends.
