We understand the Coronavirus has led to a lot of local events being canceled or postponed. Head over to our Coronavirus blog to find a list of canceled/postponed events in Jacksonville that we’re continuing to update.
Now, with that being said there are still things to do in the city, so keep reading below to find out some activities to do during this time. Be mindful when going out and if you’re not feeling well, stay home and rest to avoid getting more sick.
Let’s dive in!
If you’re going a little bit stir-crazy and looking to get out of the house, then head on down to the beaches. You’ll be able to get some fresh air, enjoy the warmer weather (that hopefully is here to stay) and you can even bring your dog!
At this time our favorite local dog parks are still up and running and waiting for your doggos to have a ball! Of course, they’re constantly making sure everything is clean for the Jacksonville community to come and visit.
Keep calm and let’s grab a beer at local breweries who are staying open at this time, while taking sanitary precautions for their customers. If you’re feeling healthy and looking to meet a friend to get out of the house then head to any of the breweries below that are open!
- Lemonstreet Brewing Company
- Wicked Barley Brewing Company
- Hyperion Brewing Company
- Legacy Ale Works
- Fishweir Brewing Company
- Main and Six Brewing
Of course there are a lot more open, so be sure to follow us on Instagram to find out!
Head over to The Escape Game in the Town Center with the family to enjoy a 60-minute adventure, while solving clues, puzzles and mysteries to complete your mission! Every room is thoroughly sanitized to ensure safety for customers. Be sure to book beforehand!
Mind Bender Escape Rooms are also up and running!
