Tampa Burger Week
This is the moment burger lovers have been waiting for. Creative Loafing has teamed up with the Tampa Bay are to bring you Tampa Burger Week! What does that mean? All week long restaurants in the Tampa area will be having burger specials for $10 and under!
The best part about this event is that a portion of the proceeds will be going to Feeding Tampa Bay. All you have to do is stop in at any participating location and simply ask for the Tampa Burger Week special. To see a list of participating locations check out this blog post.

All 10 new murals will be exploring the interconnectedness of human health and environmental health as we navigate an ongoing global pandemic. The new pieces will continue to enrich St. Pete’s art scene. Get your camera ready and explore these new addition. Don’t forget to tag us in your photos!

Purge your closet of all those outfits you hardly wear and take them to Label Swap. They purchase accessories, purses, and clothes directly from their customers and offer incredible prices. While you’re there, take a look around at all of their brand name goods. It’s the perfect place to thrift!

What I love about Tampa Bay is that there’s something for everyone and it’s easy to find fun things to do in town as a local or when you have friends or family visiting the area. I’ve had clear kayaking on my “wish list” for most of the year and over the weekend my friends and I made it happen!
We got together in Tierra Verde, a little over 30 minutes from Tampa, and went on a 2 hour guided tour on the water with clear kayaks, launching just behind Billy’s Stone Crab Restaurant.
Waiver signing was contactless, life jackets were available on site, and we took pictures at Shell Keys preserve! The preserve is filled with amazing seashells and serves as a sanctuary for migrating birds.
We chose Get up and Go Kayaking for our girls day get together seeing as they’re rated #1 for guided kayak tours in Florida.
It was such a fun experience and I would definitely recommend an outdoor activity for your next get together with friends!
