Locates in Historic Springfield, 1748 Bakehouse carries tradition in every pastry. With recipes taught by her grandmother, Allison D’Aurizio, owner and chef is ready to welcome you and enjoy some of the best baked pastries in Jacksonville!

They serve delicious artisanal breads, “sinfully sumptuous desserts” (as they say) and exquisite baked pastries to enjoy with friends and family. They bake all their  desserts in house and have a a great variety daily.

Located in the Big Green House at the corner of Trask & Edgewood, this astounding coffee shop is dedicated to their mission: to serve their Community: their customers, employees, city and earth. Is definitely one spot you don’t want to miss.

Pro Tip: Look out for their seasonal menu with unique recipes and drinks to enjoy the summer.

We have mentioned their coffee is spectacular, but the baked goods are out from this world. From caramelized white chocolate and raspberry scones to chorizo red pepper kolache, their unique recipes will leave you licking your fingers and wanting more.
