Three Brother's Bakery
This European institution made its way into the hearts and stomachs of Houston in 1949, becoming a community favorite and a fantastic place to stop for a delicious treat. The bakery’s story began in Chrzanow, Poland around 1825 and made its way to America after the children of one of the original brothers escaped a concentration camp and carried on the business by opening a shop in Houston.
To this shop, the baked goods aren’t just sweets, but a way to make lifelong memories, which is why they say they’re “memory makers who happen to be bakers.®” Three Brother’s Bakery is mostly known for their traditional Jewish breads, cookies, pies, cupcakes, and custom cakes, as well as the deep history surrounding the shop and the wonderful memories made along the way.
