The Grand Central District stretches from 16th to 31st streets of Central Avenue, and includes First Avenues North and South. Usually, people venture out to Grand Central District for its hipster vibes and culture, with its quirky antique shops, vintage markets, The Dog Bar, and more.

There are so many great restaurants that fill the blocks of Grand Central District. Here are some of our favorites.
Casita Taqueria is the real deal for delicious Mexican food and a perfect spot to enjoy a cerveza or two. It’s a pretty casual vibe here. You order at the counter and then find a spot to sit. There’s a lot of outdoor seating, which is perfect for a nice day! They have another location on 4th Street, but we personally love the Grand Central location since it’s right on the bustling Central Ave.
Get your phones ready, Instagram is calling. Trophy Fish is a stunning restaurant in the Grand Central District. The beautiful aesthetically pleasing restaurant serves up freshly caught seafood, amazing cocktails and iced cold beers. With plenty of outdoor seating and a huge bar, grab your crew and head over to Trophy Fish for one of their staple cocktails, live music and tasty food. You’ll be hooked!
Baba on Central
One step into Baba on Central and you’ll think you’ve traveled to one of the breathtaking Greek Islands. Baba is a wonderful Greek restaurant in the Grand Central District. They serve authentic Greek dishes with fresh ingredients. The ambiance is stunning with indoor and outdoor seating and a beautiful bar. At night, the outdoor patio sparkles with dangly lights.

Did someone say vegan and gluten-free comfort food? Love Food Central is a favorite to many, vegan or not! The bursting flavors and high quality ingredients will keep you coming back for more. They have amazing sandwiches and the falafel is outstanding. We’d recommend saving room for dessert especially for the soft serve ice cream which is cashew & coconut based! Easily a top favorite cafe for a laid-back style and tasty food.
Amaze your sweet tooth at Valhalla Bakery. This trendy bakery in Grand Central offers vegan and dairy-free baked goods, but you wouldn’t even notice! They have it all from cookies, pies, donuts, cupcakes and more all made fresh daily. Everything is sooo good that they often sell out, so arrive early or check their Instagram for updates!
Lolita's Wine Market
A hidden gem that’s becoming more and more popular, Lolita’s Wine Market is a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of wine and a delightful charcuterie board. The mediterranean-styled food is outstanding and will keep you excited to visit more than once. We all know there’s no better combo than a glass of fresh wine while munching on amazing cheese and meats. Lolita’s is great for a romantic date or girls night out!

3 Daughters Brewing
So many fun games and good music to enjoy while hanging out and sippin’ on a brewski with your friends. Three Daughters Brewing is a big hit in the Grand Central District for a great time with indoor and outdoor areas and it’s family and dog friendly. They host different events like musical bingo, trivia nights, live music, and more; check out the UNATION app for upcoming events. All the beers are great, but we especially love the rosé cider and key lime pie cider!
