Named after its founderu2019s Sheepdog, Barnabyu2019s is one of our favorite brunch spots in Third Ward! Settled directly across from Historic Market Square Park, this place is a cute getaway for a Sunday morning meal! Not only does Barnabyu2019s Cafe at Market Square have a vibrant menu for humans, but they even have a puppy menu! Barnaby’s menu is an eclectic variety of everyones favorite brunch items and plus some! We can’t pick a favorite, so you’ll just have to return multiple times to taste them all!
OH my brunch! Every Sunday from 11:00am – 3:00pm you can enjoy this southern style brunch at the lovely and upscale jazz bar, Cafe 4212! Come hungry, and expect live music and flowing mimosas! We had to include Cafe 4212 on our favorite brunch spots in Third Ward list because our taste buds can’t lie! The brunch menu is seriously exquisite. From southern fried catfish to New Orleans gumbo to bourbon French toast – we couldn’t get enough! We definitely will be back for more, and we know you will be too!
Snooze, An A.M. Eatery
Flipping things up u2013 and not just the flapjacks! The chefs at Snooze like to say theyu2019re u201ca lot like scripts, theyu2019re better when flippedu201d! They call it breakfast, but different! What they mean by this, is that they donu2019t want to blend in with your average breakfast ideals. Their menu is an eclectic mashup of unique takes to fun breakfast staples.
