Looking for a festive night of tasting locally brewed beer flights at one of the best Dallas breweries? Deep Ellum Brewing has a large selection of their own and other beers on tap.

What pairs well with beer? Tacos! Go hungry – we highly recommend the tacos al pastor made from Duroc pork shoulder marinated in achiote and pineapple then braised in ‘neato bandito’, topped with diced red onion, cilantro, salsa de Arbol, and roasted pineapple. If you go on a Thursday, stay for trivia and show off your movie, or music knowledge.

Their flavors range from sour and fruited to smoked. Get tasters to sample the unique flavors and pick a favorite — you may not be able to pick just one!

Westlake Brewing Company

In the heart of Deep Ellum is one of the most popular spots to eat and sample beer flights in Dallas at Westlake Brewing Company. This craft brewery features a restaurant in addition to their taproom. You’ll really get a kick out of their brewed beer names too: ‘don’t skip leg day’, ‘instant guavafication’, ‘crispy surfer’, and ‘y’all-star IPA’ are some of our faves. Go for the witty beer names and delicious menu fare that includes shareables and entrees. Oh, and they sell beer to go in their growlers, of course.

Manhattan Project Beer Company

The Manhattan Project Beer Company began as a passionate hobby that sprouted into a full-fledged local brewpub that now has gained popularity it distributes its beers at local grocers and retailers. Icy cold beer pairs perfectly with their Thai fried chicken.
