Food Truck Parties + More Things to do in Memphis

And we’re back again with the newly updated Weekend Guide so you can find things to do in Memphis this weekend! In this week’s lineup, we’re going to give you a heads up to bring an appetite to East Memphis for the best food trucks around coming together for this event. In Germantown, Opera Memphis brings you the tale of two Supreme Court Justices becoming allies for this one-night-only event. Throwing it back to East Memphis, you can learn all about the couple that planted their love for art in Memphis. In Midtown, have a brew and share some giggles with the return of comedy at Memphis Made! Lastly, the 80’s also making their way to Midtown on Friday, but lucky for us it’s an every Friday occasion if you miss out on this one. All of this, plus more things to do in Memphis this weekend!

In East Memphis, the Memphis Botanical Garden is kicking off its Food Truck Garden Party series throughout the summer. This event will be taking place after-hours, with a cash bar and live music available! Oh, the furry friends are welcome to the event too!

For one night only, this opera is making its way to the Germantown Performing Arts Center to tell the story of an unlikely friendship between U.S. Supreme Court Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Antonin Scalia!

A new exhibition dedicated to the man and woman that started it all. This exhibition is featured at the Dixon Gallery & Gardens located in East Memphis.
