Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk Hotel

Sheraton Tampa is a local hotel in Downtown Tampa.  If you’re looking for a hotel with great event venues or access to all the major attractions in the area, then the Sheraton is the best spot for you.  This is a great place to have as a home base if you’re visiting for a local festival, concert, or convention!  The Sheraton Tampa is located above the Tampa Riverwalk, so you can enjoy a nightly lit stroll or walk to The Columbia for an outdoor dinner.  They also have a concierge level at Tampa Sheraton, which gives great service and amenities!

Influencer of the Week - @foodlife_tampabay

Whether in search of a good date or a good plate, you can have it all in beautiful St. Pete! Iconic beaches, live music every day of the week, incredible artwork on Central Avenue, the Black Lives Matter mural hand-painted by local artists, rooftop waterfront dining along the St. Pete Pier…the PRIDE. 🏳️‍🌈 What’s not to love? It’s no wonder St. Pete made the 2020 top three places to visit in Florida. We absolutely love ‘The Burg’—truly “Sicker than your average.”

Over in Tampa, our weekend typically starts with an outdoor workout at The Sail making our way to Curtis Hixon Park, “where the scooters reside.” From there, we scoot our way to Julian B. Lane for a picnic in the park or to grab a bite at Armature Works. We can always count on [kū´bå] for their homemade sangrias and award-winning Cuban sandwiches, but the quesabirria tacos at Muchachas are just too good to pass up!

For the culture, we head over to Perry Harvey, Sr. Park for a tour of The Scrub and Central Avenue—once Tampa’s oldest and largest African American neighborhood. There you will find 12’ to 16’ high clay sculptures of musicians, dancers, and a jukebox highlighting the importance of music to the history and culture of the historic Central Avenue Business District—era to the C. Blythe Andrews’ newspaper (The Florida Sentinel). For more fun and cultural experiences around the bay, join us on Instagram @foodlife_tampabay!
