If you’re looking for a casual Italian vegan eatery, check out Grounds Food located in the heart of Seminole Heights. They serve plant based Italian foods as well as natural Italian wines and beers.

The food definitely doesn’t lack in flavor. The meals are hearty, nutritious, and familiar. With their laid back vibe and home style cooking, you’ll feel like you’re in the comfort of your own home. We love to order the Roasted Potato Wedges and Baked Ziti. Pair it with one of their wines and you’ll get the perfect bite of Italy.

Inside the Jug & Bottle Dept. you’ll find a delicious vegan fast food spot. 3 Dot Dash is the place to go to if you need a quick plant based bite. They feature house made proteins, ingredients, and locally baked buns.

You can’t come here and not get the Handy Mac (if they’re not sold out). This mac and cheese is on another level with ground impossible simmered in seasonings and blended with cashew cheese sauce and elbow macaroni. It’s a flavor explosion in your mouth. They also have tons more on the menu like chick’n sandwiches, burgers, subs, and dessert.

While you’re there, don’t miss out on getting some wine from the shop.

We all need some comfort food every once in a while. For those days you want to binge and not worry about cooking, Ella’s Fork Art Cafe has your back. Just minutes from Downtown Tampa, this eclectic independent eatery, music venue, and art gallery is dedicated to nourishing your soul and stomach.

This cafe includes vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options in order to please everyone at the table. We highly recommend the Good Burger – a homemade veggie patty topped with spinach, avocado relish, and crispy onions with sweet mustard.
