One year ago, Red Lei Lounge opened its doors and set out to do something different — to create a space where great rum, great food, and great people come together. This May, we are celebrating that vision across an entire weekend, and we are pulling out all the stops. The celebration kicks off on Wednesday, May 20th with our signature Anniversary Rum Dinner — an intimate, ticketed evening built around exceptional rum and inspired cuisine. Then, the party continues all weekend long, May 21st through 23rd, with nightly prizes, giveaways, and a full fire show to close each night.

The centerpiece of our anniversary weekend is an unforgettable dining experience featuring Holmes Cay Single Cask Rum — a 7-course culinary journey paired with 3 handcrafted cocktails and 4 exclusive rum tastings. Holmes Cay is one of the most respected names in the independent rum world, and every expression they produce is 100% additive-free, letting the true character of each cask speak for itself.
Holmes Cay founder Eric Kaye will be in the house to personally guide you through each rum — its origin, its story, and what makes it exceptional. Our chef will walk you through every course, explaining the thought and craft behind each pairing. This is not just dinner. It is a full sensory experience designed to deepen your appreciation for rum and the culinary artistry that can accompany it.
