- Due to high demand, each ticket includes access to one class only; to attend multiple classes, you'll need a ticket for each
- Free services from sponsors are first come, first served; not all guests are guaranteed access to every experience
- AltSocial takes place outdoors in Florida's heat; the combination of exercise, saunas, and cold plunges may increase risk of dehydration, heat exhaustion, or fainting. Please hydrate in the days leading up to the event, eat beforehand, listen to your body, and understand participation is at your own risk
All sales are final. No refunds. The event goes on rain or shine. In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure, no refunds will be issued; instead, guests will receive credit toward a future AltSocial event, applied at AltSocial Wellness Club LLC's discretion. Credit does not guarantee entry to the next scheduled event.
