Thinking about trying yoga, but not sure where to start? This workshop was created for you!
Whether you've never stepped on a yoga mat before or it's been years since your last class, we'll walk you through the basics in a welcoming, supportive space. You'll learn foundational poses, how to connect your breath with movement and what to expect when you join a vinyasa class.
There will be time to ask questions, move at your own pace and build confidence before stepping into our weekly classes.
During the workshop, you'll learn:
* Foundational yoga poses and healthy alignment
* Breathing techniques to help you move with more ease
* Common yoga terms and what they mean
* Modifications so you can practice in a way that feels good for your body
* A simple flow that brings everything together
Our goal is simple: We want you to leave feeling comfortable, confident, and excited to come back.

* Comfortable clothes you can move in
* A yoga mat, or borrow one of ours
