PREPARING FOR THE JOURNEY
- Please wear comfortable clothes
- Bring an eye mask (optional)
- Avoid a full stomach
- No alcohol or substances for 24 hours prior
IMPORTANT: Please arrive on time, or a few minutes early to set up your space. Doors close before the journey begins, in order to maintain the sanctity of the space
GOOD TO KNOW
This experience may not be suitable if you have a recent injury or surgery, are in poor physical health, have a serious mental health or neurological condition, or are experiencing Kundalini syndrome. (Participation may be possible with medical approval).
The facilitator may touch or point at different chakra/meridian points on and around your body and work with layers of your energy field to assist your journey. If you have any concerns, we can discuss this beforehand.
