BAG POLICY
All bags brought into 121 Financial Ballpark entry points will be subject to search and must be 16" x 16" x 12" or smaller. Guests should be prepared to open all bags for security personnel. Guests may be asked by security personnel to remove certain items from bags for closer inspection. Medical device carriers in excess of the maximum bag size are permitted but will be subject to search.
PARKING
Public parking costs typically between $7 and $15 and is controlled by the City of Jacksonville. Garage parking is also available next to the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena typically between $7 and $15.

Unauthorized retail, commercial, marketing, and promotional activities are strictly prohibited inside parking lots and tailgating areas without prior written approval (and proof of certification in the manner of a sticker, etc.) from the City of Jacksonville. All violators will be escorted off the premises by the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. These regulations are applicable in parking lots owned and/or leased by the City of Jacksonville and managed by ASM Global.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
- Aerosol cans, including but not limited to, mace, pepper spray, hairspray, and sunscreen
- Animals, except documented service animals or dogs on designated Dog Days
- Bags or purses larger than 16" x 16" x 12", briefcases and hard-sided bags
- Cameras professional in nature or with a lens longer than 6" (tripods and monopods not permitted)
- Car seats
- Chairs or Stadium Seats
- Coolers or containers including cans, and unopened bottles
- Hoverboards, Cycles, or Segways (unless required for mobility purposes)
- Drones
- Fire extinguishers
- Fireworks and flares
- Illegal substances
- Laptop computers
- Laser pointers
- Outside food and beverages, unless accompanied by a medical disclaimer
- Poles, including brooms, staffs, or sticks
- Projectiles, including Frisbees
- Signs or clothing offensive or inappropriate in nature
- Skates and skateboards
- Smoking or Vaping, except in designated areas
- Large Golf Umbrellas or Beach Umbrellas
- Video equipment
- Whistles
- Weapons of any kind, including actual, toy, or replica items (i.e., knives, guns, explosives
RE-ENTRY POLICY
Persons leaving the ballpark before or during the game will not be allowed back in under any circumstance.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is permitted ONLY in uncovered areas on the outside terrace levels designated as “smoking areas”.
Smoking is banned in all areas of 121 Financial Ballpark including the seating areas, concourses, stairwells, walkways, and restrooms (other than the designated smoking areas).
Guests who fail to comply with this policy are subject to ejection from the venue. We appreciate your cooperation and compliance with this policy.
