In an effort to prevent drunk driving and honor those who have lost their lives to it, Attorney John Fisher is proud to announce the annual Sam’s Legacy - Fighting to End Drunk Driving—Scholarship. This $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to the student who proposes the best educational, legislative, and enforcement program to prevent drunk driving. The application deadline is September 1, 2026.
