If you like Hot 26 yoga, then Gaze is the spot! I love taking classes with Will but all the instructors are excellent. I love going to their music class on Fridays - sometimes, they even have a DJ or live musician come in. They also offer non-heated classes, including aerial yoga!

Gaze hot yoga is one of my favorite yoga studios in Tampa Bay! Any class with Kolton is amazing- my two favorites are yoga sculpt and hot Gaze flow. They have yoga mats and towels for rent as well as waters and electrolytes available for purchase. Pro-tip: follow them on socials to see their monthly events!
