Open daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Old Sugar Mill Pancake House also offers classic breakfast favorites, sandwiches, and snacks. After your meal, explore the park’s crystal-clear springs, scenic kayak trails, and lush Florida landscapes—a perfect blend of history, nature, and unforgettable flavors. Park admission is required to visit.

This historic Florida gem is a must try! Tucked into the Ponce de Leon Springs it is a unique dining experience where you make your own all you can eat pancakes inside the old sugar mill. Just be sure to show up early because there can be a long wait.

Old Sugarmill Pancake House is perfect for a cozy breakfast on the weekend! You can even make your own pancakes on the griddle tables! While the wait can be long, it’s definitely worth it! You can enjoy the beautiful De Leon Springs State Park while you wait, with activities like kayaking!
