Summer House on the Lake is one of my absolute favorite spots at Disney Springs! I have been for both brunch and dinner, and both meals were incredible. plus, the vibes of the restaurant are top notch. Be sure to try the jalapeño cornbread! and don’t forget to stop at the cookie bar before you leave.

Looking for a great spot to grab a cookie? Summer House on the Lake offers some delicious cookies that are hard to beat! If you are in Disney Spring this is a must try! I suggest grabbing a cookie before heading in to see a movie at AMC!
