You can grab a bite 🍴 and head down to Bayshore 🛤️ to enjoy a nice walk, or head in the opposite direction for the bar scene 🍹 where you can go to Soho Saloon to catch a game 🏈, or Wine and Wood for a glass of wine 🍷! Options are endless once you are in this area.

Hands- down my favorite healthy spot in Tampa! I love their rose-glow smoothie with chocolate protein powder- it tastes like chocolate covered strawberries! Also make sure to try their vegan soft-serve and get all the delicious toppings! My go-to is the vanilla with strawberries, chocolate chips, and boba pudding!

This is my go-to spot after pilates class, such a great location + they have a court behind the business you can play pickle ball! I usually get the Health Nut smoothie and add protein, or an açaí bowl and add coconut chia pudding, sooo good. Plus, you can take a tub home with you!

Any time I crave an Acai bowl, it's from Sweet Soul! If my bowl has a mixture of fruits, choc & peanut butter then I'm one happy girly for the rest of the day. And I've never met another acai spot that has CHOCOLATE cookies as an option! They'll even crumble it for you and drizzle the yummy pb over it 🤤 try it!!

If you're looking for healthy eats and a sweet treat, I highly recommend Soulful and SweetSoul! My go-to is the "Mar Vista" Wrap at Soulful—it’s packed with flavor—and I always pair it with the oatmeal cookie smoothie from SweetSoul after. So good and so satisfying! 🥗🍪
