A colorful new floral shop has taken root in St. Petersburg’s Euclid Heights neighborhood, bringing together creativity, community, and craftsmanship under one bright and blooming roof. This freshly opened 2,200-square-foot space unites two local floral powerhouses: Arms of Persephone and The Roaming Petal in their first-ever shared studio.

The collaboration marks a milestone for longtime florists Regan Smith and Erica Holland, who have referred clients to one another for years. Their new joint storefront blends retail, workshops, and events into a single destination for flower lovers across Tampa Bay. As Smith puts it, “Together, we are building different experiences whether people are coming in to learn how to make arrangements or need to order flowers for a wedding.”

Inside the open-concept space, housed within the Hillside Center retail strip owned by former City Council member Robert Blackmon, guests will find a whimsical floral haven complete with a drive-thru window, lush garden courtyard, and a dedicated workshop studio for year-round classes and creative events.

Outside, the courtyard garden blooms with more than 100 seasonal stems, many clipped fresh daily for arrangements. Visitors are encouraged to “bring a picnic and linger in the garden.” Sustainability is core to both florists, who prioritize in-season, domestically grown flowers and source from local farms like Mindful Blooms Farm in Myakka City whenever possible.

The retail shop features fresh bouquets, daily arrangements, plants, and whimsical home goods, including incense, candles, cards, and pottery. Guests can also stop by for immersive workshops ranging from floral design classes to seasonal events like October’s Blossom & Broomsticks, where visitors craft floral brooms and enjoy a festive Hocus Pocus watch party.
