Love coming here to watch hockey games! There's plenty of stuff to check out around Channelside and Downtown before the games start like Sparkman Wharf or riding around the streetcar.

Love the Amalie arena for a Bolt game or a concert! My favorite seats are the Chase Club suite seats! The food options are endless and open bar is super fun too! After your event at the arena, walk right across to water St for tons of options !!

Grab food and drinks at either Sparkman Wharf of Yard House across the street before the game starts. Yard House does not offer reservations so go early.
I love anytime I get to go to the Amalie Arena. The atmosphere is "electric" in this arena! I also have to give a big shoutout for the cleanliness & always making us feel safe!

One of my favorite venues to watch a concert or catch a game! So many different food and drinks options, great atmosphere, friendly/helpful staff and in such a prime location

I love going to a concert at Amalie Arena! The venue is sooo fantastic because even if your seats are at the top of the arena you can still see the artist. I would definitely try scootering there and parking downtown because the traffic can be a lot after and before a concert.
As a huge Lightning fan, I absolutely LOVE Amalie Arena! Pro-tip: park somewhere in Ybor, grab a quick bite at Jimmy's Tacos (their Birria and drinks are SO good), and take the TECO streetcar for FREE to the game! Make sure to check out Thunder Alley and Cigar City Brewing as well!

For concerts, best seats can vary based on productions stage setup, but generally floor seats! Hockey is 1 of the best sports to watch live, so prime seats are key for me! Up against the glass is a great, but in mid - upper 100s you're high enough to see the game play & close enough to hear the hits. Love sec. 101

I adore Amalie! The staff is always very nice and attentive. Not to mention how yummyyy all of the food is. I recommend getting a steak sandwich at Outback in the arena! 🤩 After, head over to Yard House for over 100+ beers on tap! GO BOLTS ⚡️⚡️
Highly recommend going for a Tampa Bay Lightning game - they’re so much fun! There’s also plenty do in that area. Sparkman Wharf is a popular spot to pregame before the Lightning game or a concert! There’s also 3 Corners Pizza a short walk away for a late night bite.
I love how Amalie has so many local food options within the arena, from Wicked Oak BBQ to Mr. Empanada and many more. When you go, you need to check out the Budweiser Biergarten for drinks and incredible views of downtown!

Anytime I’m looking to get out with my friends, I always check Amalie for the lightning games! I recommend going to The Pearl before or after the game for an espresso martini + if you’re hungry, don’t sleep on the deviled eggs! *chefs kiss* Also bring a light coat, it gets a little chilly inside!
Amalie Arena is the absolute best sports + concert venue in Tampa Bay! If you can snag Chase Club Seats for a Lightning Game, do it. Always nice to walk along Water Street before the games. For more casual bites/drinks head to Sparkman Wharf, American Social or Yard House.
Can’t say enough great things about Amalie! Get drinks on the outdoor rooftop terrace (with skyline views) or at the bar by the massive organ on the upper deck! Get there early enough to go down to the glass and see the players up close during warmups! During the playoffs the watch parties are a can’t miss!! ⚡️
Don't sleep on the food selection at the Amalie!! Sometimes I can't tell if I'm more excited for the concert I'm about to go see (s/o Jonas Brothers) or the food I'll be devouring. Some of my faves include the Cigar City Brewing Tap Room (we love local) and Biergarten Eats (we love a good rooftop view) 🍻🍔🎶🌇
As a big hockey fan I LOVE cheering on the Lighting at Amalie Arena - no other arena matches it's electric atmosphere! My personal favorite is sitting higher up so I can see the entire rink and be a part of the crowd! PRO TIP: Check out Hattricks for a drink or bite before puck drop - this is my game day go to!

Love how accessible and well laid out Amalie is. Love the food and especially watching the Lightning play!
There's so much to do around Amalie Arena than Lightning games and concerts here are EXTRA fun! I brought my parents when they were visiting and they LOVED it. We grabbed coffee at Shortwave, went to the American Victory Ship, jumped on the TECO Streetline car, and enjoyed sushi at Noble Rice!
