At this casual and chic establishment, Sable Gate Winery is an operating winery passionate about crafting high-quality wine with grapes from around the world. As a neighboring wine bar to Paulie’s restaurant, this wine bar in Houston offers shareable snacks rather than full entrees. At this wine bar in Houston, they pride themselves on being an environment where anyone can come to learn, so if you are intimidated by wine but really want to get into it, this is definitely the place for you.
