While working in New York City for fashion designer Oscar de la Renta, Matthew Corrin was inspired by “mom-and-pop” delis with fresh food but lackluster branding & service. He sought to “add magic to the fresh food business” and, in 2005, founded Freshii. Their menu is constantly evolving. In fact, every 90 days they roll out a new item that incorporates the latest health and food trends. The Lead Nutritionist are forever testing and tasting ways to make these trends as nutrient-dense, accessible and crave-worthy as possible. They have 7 different menu categories – bowls, burritos, salads, wraps, soups, smoothies & juices – and each one is full of innovation. We don’t say Eat. Energize for nothing.
Aside from Elli’s, you can also venture over to DRINK for a fantastic array of cocktails, mocktails, and other non-alcoholic beverages. Get caffeinated from their coffee bar. Get a nice cleansing kombucha or refreshing mocktail. Or grab some friends and share a bottle of wine or some frozen drinks on a hot summer day!
