Just 20 minutes north of downtown Austin is the beautiful suburb of Cedar Park. This local neighborhood park features expansive grounds for our pups to run around. Cedar Bark Park is five acres of fenced-in space is located in Veterans Memorial Park. Perfect for your dog and all their dog friends; this park includes a giant pond, pet waste stations, benches, drinking fountains, dog showers, and tons of natural landscape.

One of the best dog parks that both you and your pup can enjoy is Yard Bar. This central Austin hub is a great place for all of your friends to gather with all their fur babies. Yard Bar showcases tons of local beers, signature cocktails, and food for you to enjoy. All dogs are welcome as long as they are spayed or neutered and are up to date on their vaccines. Park fees are extremely affordable and you can even get a monthly or annual membership!

Probably one of the most popular parks in all of Austin, Zilker Park reigns supreme. As one of the largest parks in the city, it’s easy to see why it’s considered one of the best dog parks in Austin. Zilker Park’s grounds feature wide-open grassy space, three picnic sites, a disc golf course, and five volleyball courses. Within Zilker is Barton Springs Natural Pool where you and your dog can jump in the water and cool off!

This expansive space features six acres of greenery and offers plenty of water fountains and trash receptacles. Accessible along Redbud Trail road, this island is home to a large amount of greenery known as Red Bud Isle Park. This island park is known for its off-leash dog park, hiking, kayaking, and canoeing.
