We know that there aren’t a lot of guarantees in life. But we do know that pizza will always be there for you. Whether you’re looking to check off one of the OG Yinzer pizzas on your list or looking to go less mainstream, we have put together a guide for the best pizza in Pittsburgh. Tell us what your favorite spot is!
This Pittsburgh gem has been around for 64 years and they aren’t stopping anytime soon. If you’re visiting the city, this is a must-try place to go. There’s nothing that says “Pittsburgh” quite like Mineo’s pizza. Our favorite cheese-pull just can’t be topped! We love the classic cheese pizza but we’ll let you be the judge.

? Aiello’s Pizza
Ahh, the great debate that has divided Yinzers for years – Mineo’s or Aiello’s? About 20 years after Mineo’s, the rivalry began when Aiello’s was born! If you’re in Squirrel Hill, you have to check it out. Just a few buildings separate the two pizza rivals which is perfect for the hungry pizza lover. Grab some friends and give both a try to decide who the best is!

Another favorite among Yinzers, Fiori’s is a great pizza. If you’re looking for a true Pittsburgh experience, head down to Fiori’s in the South Hills. We love the pepperoni pizza but don’t be alarmed when you can’t find the pepperoni. It’s hiding under the cheese for a delicious surprise in every bite! We love pizza anytime of the day but Fiori’s is especially delicious late at night. You can take our word for it!

? Shelly Pie Pizza
Some may think that a pizza is just a pizza, but not at Shelly Pie Pizza! It’s amazing what happens when three friends come together. Shelly, Mike, and Jim joined forces to create something beautiful in Turtle Creek, PA. If you’re a pepperoni kind of person, this is absolutely the place for you. Just look at that photo! If all that pepperoni is wrong, then we don’t want to be right.

Not only are they making great food, but they also help our community. Driftwood delivers loaves of their fresh made bread to Lawrenceville United which helps improve the quality of life for community residents. Great pizza and helping your neighbors? We wouldn’t want it any other way.

As part of the DiAnoia’s Eatery family, Pizzeria Davide is an authentic Italian pizza. You may not have tried it before but what are you waiting for? It’s always fresh and always delicious!
Tucked away in Upper Lawrenceville, Pizza Lupo is one of our favorite places in the city. Their thin, crispy crust is what dreams are made of. The flour is imported directly from Italy which makes this gourmet pizza so authentic. Yummm!
We promise you won’t be disappointed at Angelo’s Pizzeria in Bloomfield. We know it’s a strong statement, but it was love at first bite. For 46 years, Angelo’s has been serving up some of the best za this is side of the Monongahela.
