Are you ready to get in shape with us? Let’s kick of 2022 strong! Whether you’re an exercise novice or a true athlete, there are so many great places to work out in Dallas. It can be scary to find a new gym, but there are so many options that cater to every experience level.

From cycling, climbing, yoga, Pilates, circuit, HIIT, or more, we’ve compiled a list with our favorite workout spots in Dallas for you. Let’s hit the gym together!

Are you still looking for the perfect gym to start of 2022? Look no further! Oso Climbing Gyms has it all! Oso is a 36,000+ sqft bouldering, yoga, cardio, and fitness facility located in the Design District. They offer exciting and challenging climbs for everyone, from curious first timers to experienced climbers. We’re also a big fan of their fitness amenities that features Olympic lifts, functional fitness training, cardio equipment, free weights, and machines.

Oso offers different types of classes and meet-ups, including climb and cycling meet-ups, fitness classes by I Am Lifted, and three levels of yoga classes. One of our personal favorites are the Energize and Challenge yoga classes.


Oso has an awesome locker room area with saunas that feels like a little spa. Want to hang out before or after your workout and make some new friends? Head up to the  lounge and workspace area that features a fully stocked bar offering coffee, beer, wine, and more!

📍 OSO Climbing Gyms 

Have you tried barre yet? Pure Barre is a workout that is inspired by yoga, Pilates, and ballet. They offer four different types of group classes, Foundations, Classic, Pure Empower, and Pure Reform. The Foundations class is a great place to start if you’re a newbie to barre. During the class you’ll be using different equipment such as balls, weights and double tubes. It’s so much fun! Shoutout to our favorite instructor Paige!

📍 Pure Barre

Class Studios is a great place to go if you’re looking for some fun and intense workout classes. They offer awesome cycle, tread, sculpt and train classes. There is something for everyone to enjoy. Their train classes are a circuit style training that challenges you to move through three different stations to strengthen and tone your muscles. We love the white and navy color scheme at Class Studios.

📍 Class Studios

Wanna train like our Dallas Cowboys? Cowboys Fit offers a comprehensive gym experience and luxury workout amenities. They also offer a variety of boutique-style fitness classes, including HIIT, yoga and barre, plus you can get personal training from former NFL players, cheerleaders and fitness specialists.

📍 Cowboys Fit

Are you ready for a fun Pilates class? SESSION is a 50-minute full-body muscular workout that uses the Allegro 2 reformer. Throughout the class you’ll work on different muscle groups and get your heart rate up while listing to some energizing tunes. All you need for the class is your water bottle and some non-slip socks. Let’s go!
