Nestled up high in the elegant new Hyatt Centric in Southpark is Mizu, another venture from Indigo Road Hospitality that brought us such Charlotte faves as O-ku, Indaco, and Oak Steakhouse. This gorgeous mid-century modern style rooftop is adorned with foliage and dotted with light to invoke a casual classy vibe.

Come for the breathtaking views but stay for the food! Inspired by Japan’s wood-fired robata cuisine, Mizu’s focus is meticulously prepared seafood that incorporates Japanese flavors with a Southern twist.

2. Novelty House

This elegant open-air and member’s only concept boasts a whimsical floral rotating theme (each season the space transforms with a new theme) curated by Nga Vu Designs, stunning views of the city, and a decadent aesthetic. If you’re looking to bask in the Charlotte cityscape while also lounging in luxury, Novelty House is the perfect spot.
