Union Three yoga studio in Tampa is amazing. The environment is super modern and industrial. We love this spot for its amenities. Their service is amazing, and the bathrooms come stocked–which is great for taking classes during your work break. They even have Dyson hair dryers in the bathroom!
We recommend taking their UFLOW class, which is their signature power, vinyasa class. This is a great workout to increase flexibility with a pumped-up playlist.

Studio 108 is an amazing yoga studio in Westchase. Their staff is super friendly and welcoming – another great spot for beginners or experts looking for a new yoga home! We love the Hot 108 Yoga class, an hour-long class focused on being a full-body workout.

CAMP Tampa is a popular spot in South Tampa for workout classes, but their most popular are their yoga classes! If hot yoga is too much heat for you, they also include what they call “reduced heated” classes. They offer so many different kinds of yoga – so if you’re needing a lot of options, CAMP is the spot for you.
We love their bright and fun studio. Their space has huge windows open to the outdoors, which make you feel like you’re outside in nature. Not to mention, their studio always smells amazing – which just adds to the relaxation.
We recommend signing up early for classes, as these fill up very quickly!

You may have heard of Kodawari Studios before, but did you know their main yoga studio is located in South Tampa? We love this spot for their great and knowledgeable instructors and also for their amazing music!

What we especially love about Yoga Loft is that they also hold outdoor yoga sessions. This fresh air take on a yoga class is super unique and adds to the relaxation of their classes.
