Cosmic Coffee is one of our favorite South Austin coffee shops to work and meet up with friends for an evening drink. Whether you’re looking for coffee, kombucha on tap, or an ice-cold beer, this is your place. They have an array of food trucks parked outside every day with more than enough picnic tables for you to spread out and keep your distance from others.

4. Jo’s Coffee

You know it, you love it, you may never have gotten coffee from here but you have definitely had your photo taken in front of the famous “I love you so much” wall. 9. Hot L Coffee

Some may think it’s pronounced “hotel coffee” given that the shop is located inside the Carpenter Hotel, but the “e” is silent, and is known as  “Hot L Coffee”. So original right?! The vibes in the shop are so retro that you feel like you’ve gone back in time! Grab a ladybird latte and walk a few blocks down to the beautiful ladybird lake.
