Coffee beans are shipped from Central and South America as well as Africa, where they are then roasted in Texas for the best quality coffee you could imagine. Merit Coffee’s South Lamar location has plenty of seating, aesthetically pleasing decor, and of course a full coffee bar, making it the perfect space to study or get some work done.

Caffe Medici is a family-owned business with six locations all in Austin. Their South Lamar location has been open for five years and brings wonderful coffee in an intimate space to the Zilker neighborhood. Their outdoor patio is often filled with pets and families alike, exactly as you would expect from their familial atmosphere.
