Capitol City Comedy Club

Originally launched as The Laff Stop by Howard and Sandy Marcus from Houston, Capitol City Comedy Club has served Austinites for over 30 years with world-class comedians. On Wednesday through Saturday nights, headliners feature local talent or national acts to deliver stand-up comedy. Or, catch a “PUNCH!” show on Tuesdays or Open Mic Night on Sundays, a comedy club staple.

Fallout Theater

This live comedy venue and training center features comedy shows seven nights a week, so you can never get enough! Located in the heart of downtown Austin, Fallout Theater (formerly known as The New Movement) has grown exponentially into an unstoppable hotspot of Austin comedy. The Velveeta Room
