Get your camera ready and snap a picture of the Globe at the AT&T Discovery district in downtown Dallas. Tip: It looks amazing when it lights up at night. This spot is definitely insta-worthy. The area features a beer garden, a food hall with 16+ restaurants and a bar, lots of outdoor seating so not only can you take some pictures but you also grab some dinner after.
Does a trip to downtown Dallas even count if you haven’t stopped by the Giant Eyeball? We highly recommend stopping by, especially if you have some friends or family visiting from out of town. The Giant Eye Ball is always a fun place to go. Located right outside the Joule hotel, the Giant Eyeball is the perfect backdrop for your next Instagram shot.
Klyde Warren Park located right in the center of our beautiful city has some amazing Instagrammable places. One of our favorites are the white arches that are surrounding the park. Klyde Warren Park has a huge green space, a playground, a dog park, water features, and lots of seating opportunities. It’s one of our all-time favorite spots in downtown.
The statue of Pegasus is located at the lawn in front of the Omni Dallas Hotel. The image of a Pegasus, the mythical Greek creature that looks like a horse with wings, appears all over Dallas, whether is the Dallas WNBA team, a park in downtown, a brewery, and so much more. The flying red Pegasus has kept watch over Dallas for 80 years now. Can you believe that? Of course it’s also a great backdrop for your next Instagrammable moment.
We love coming to Thanks-Giving Square. Not only can you sneak away from the hustle and bustle of your everyday life when you enter this peaceful space in downtown Dallas but there are also so many great photo opportunities which will spice up your Instagram feed. This golden arch is definitely a unique Instagrammable moment in Dallas.
Add some color to you Instagram feed by posing in front of this stunning mural that is located on the north-facing wall of the Luminary building in the West End. We can’t get enough of all the bright colors and celebration of one of the world’s most universal and cherished themes – LOVE. Bradford Maxfield and Saeka Keeley created this beautiful piece of art. Another green space in the heart of the city, Civic Garden is another super Instagrammable spot in downtown Dallas. This smaller park located in the midst of tall buildings features a fountain and paved pathways. The greenery against the modern skyscrapers is the perfect mix of nature and urban to create some great pictures!
We can’t complete the list without including the Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House. The unique architecture and vast reflecting pool make it a great spot for pictures in the city. Trust us, you’ll love it!
