The Backspace is your ticket to tasty Neapolitan pies cooked in a wood-fired oven! This essential Austin pizzeria is the second location of a downtown original and city favorite. Featuring thin-crust pies, pasta, paninis, salads, appetizers, wine, and beer, this spot has everything you need for a tasty Italian meal. 

This hip spot seats just 30 diners, half at tables and the rest around the convivial bar, offering an intimate feel for guests. In the center of the restaurant is a Forni Cirigliano wood-fired pizza oven that you can’t find anywhere else in Austin!

This Napa-style wine-bar chain is one of our favorite Italian restaurants in North Austin. Located in The Domain, CRÚ Food & Wine Bar sits in a gorgeous park-like setting, so you’ll definitely want to enjoy your food outside. 

Speaking of food, here you can find lots of tasty options of New American fare, stone-fired pizzas, and cheese plates. Pair these with one of the restaurant’s 300 wine selections, kick back, and relax! Be sure to also stop in for happy hour, Sunday brunch, pizza Monday, and champagne Thursday for deals that will make your meal even more affordable (and that much more delicious!)
