But keep in mind that weekends are typically more family-friendly. Take Your Furry Friends and Human Family To Barber Park

A dog park, sports fields, and even a hockey rink—talk about fun for the whole family (including your furry friends). This 81-acre park is packed with all the ingredients needed for a successful family field day.

But don’t forget to bring your own gear if you’re ready to play soccer, football, or pickleball. They also have a splash pad for little ones, which is perfect for those overly-hot Florida days.

Swan Rides At Lake Eola

Located in Downtown Orlando, Lake Eola is the ultimate city escape without actually having to leave the city. This 23-acre park has walking trails, bird feeding, and (our favorite) swan boat rides. Swan boats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

So we recommend getting an early start to your day to avoid any lines. Boats can seat up to five people, and pets are allowed, which means there’s room for the whole family!
