Upstairs at Carolines

Located in the heart of downtown, Upstairs at Carolines has a beautiful rooftop lounge with twinkly lights that sets the atmosphere. This place has that urban party feel and the menu is filled with lots of food and drink options. They even have a few games that groups can play such as giant Jenga, shuffleboard, checkers, corn hole, billiards, and fooseball. A view overlooking Congress, backyard party games, food, and drinks, what more could you ask for?

Irenes

Located on West Avenue in Downtown Austin, this neighborhood hangout is a classic American bar and restaurant for people who enjoy vintage aesthetics. Named after the the grandmother of one of their partners, Irene is a real southern dame who inspired Irene’s whole vibe. The head chef, Andrew Curren, specializes in American comfort food and strong cocktails that are served at a bar with a patio. The spacious patio is nestled beneath pecan trees on the banks of Shoal Creek. Definitely check out one of our favorite patios in downtown Austin at Irene’s and try their specialty biscuits and booze brunch that is served till 4!

Taquero Mucho in downtown Austin off of West 6th street is the sister property of Gabriela’s. This place is definitely a one-of-a-kind experience and heaven for anyone that loves PINK. There’s a pink phone booth with pink benches by the patio. There are pink walls, pink chairs, pink drinks, and pink tortillas. Yes, I did just say pink tortillas. This place is a must to check out and visit for a unique and fun experience.
