Alright H–Town, your Stuff to Do in Houston team is here with all the deets about the all-new POST Houston venue! We know many of you have questions about what POST is exactly… is it a food hall? a mall? a music venue? The answer is, it’s a little bit of all of those things!
This 500,000 sqft space is absolutely gorgeous and has so much to offer in one spot. Once a USPS sorting facility, POST Houston is now Houston’s newest and coolest hang-out venue. You’ll find 20 food and shopping vendors, Houston’s newest concert hall: 713 Music Hall, the largest Skylawn in America with an urban farm, a co-working space, and car shows, farmer’s markets, and more!
POST Houston has some amazing food! With twenty vendors with delicious eats, you’re sure to find something to satisfy any craving. We of course had to try some of this delicious grub out ourselves, and everything we tried was amazing!
The Butcher’s Burger: (got the burger with cheese and it was super flavorful and juicy) I accidentally got the ”cheese” burger by mistake and didn’t realize it was only cheese so I added meat. Don’t make that mistake. But it’s a great vegetarian option! – Marissa
Lea Jane’s Hot Chicken: We love a hot chicken sandwich and Lea Jane’s does NOT disappoint!

The Skylawn at POST Houston is the LARGEST Skylawn in America and hosts everything from concerts to an Urban Garden! This is pretty much a rooftop park and has AMAZING skyline views making for a beautiful backdrop for any event you want to attend or photos you want to take.
The Skylawn’s Urban Garden hosts seven gardens with unique plant palettes and the rooftop park is lit from below with huge glowing skylights. You will also find Skylawn concerts and select days along with other events throughout the year.
No doubt about it, the staircases at POST Houston are epic! They are the perfect backdrop for photos and the “X” staircases give us serious Hogwarts vibes!
Last, but certainly, not least is 713 Music Hall! 713 is a state-of-the-art concert venue that can hold up to 5,000 fans! 713 is located at the East wing of POST and has unique lounges and bars located throughout the hall making it the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite band!
713 Music Hall does require a negative COVID test or proof of vaccine for entry. Clear bags are also required if your bag is larger than 4.5″ X 6.5″.
