? Ferg’s Sports Bar & Grill
One of our favorite sports bars in Downtown St. Pete is conveniently located next to the Trop. We love coming here with our furry friends and catching a game. No seat is a bad seat, because they have over 90 TVs! We recommend trying their fried cheese ravioli with a cold glass of craft beer – but, make sure to check out their daily specials. There’s something different to look forward to each day of the week.
? Park & Rec DTSP
Youth has no age at Park & Rec, and we take that theme very seriously! Our favorite feature at this popular sports bar in Downtown St. Pete is the wide selection of games we can play while watching a game on the screen. Playing trash pong and watching Football makes for the perfect Sunday Funday. We recommend ordering their Buff Chick pizza for a spicy experience!
? The Avenue DTSP
The Avenue is a hop and a skip over from Park and Rec. If you want to bar-hop during half-time, this is a great spot to check out next! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but we recommend starting off with a soft pretzel and enjoying a burger as your main entree.
? @stpetefoodies
At Engine No. 9, you can find Tampa Bay’s best-rated burgers. We recommend coming here to watch a Lightning game because of their strong hockey vibes, but all sports fans are welcome! Fun fact: the owner of this sports bar is the son of Tony Esposito and nephew of Phil Esposito, who are both founders of the Tampa Bay Lightning team and hockey Hall of Famers.

Thirsty First is a down-to-earth sports bar in Downtown St. Pete with industrial brick-lined surrounds. They have both daily drink and food specials, brunch, and happy hour! We recommend trying their Grilled Shorty, which is a sinful combination of braised short rib, beer mac and cheese, and Sriracha sour cream served on Texas Toast. If you’re drooling at the thought of it…yeah, so are we!
