Legends Sports Pub

Legends Sports Pub is a sports bar in Sarasota that really has that neighborhood-college feel, but for all ages!  Catch a game here on one of their many large TVs on their indoor and outdoor seating.  If you’re worried about missing a game at home because you don’t have the right channels, then Legends is the spot for you.  Legends advertises that they have all the major sports channels, so you won’t miss a game!

Join Legends on Wednesdays for $1 drinks and other awesome drink specials!  This is a great night to go out if you’re a local college student looking to save some money, but also if you’re just looking for the best deals!

Raffurty's Bar and Grill

Raffurty’s Bar and Grill is a super fun spot to catch a game.  The setup at Raffurty’s is everything a sports lover needs! Their lively atmosphere includes 22 HDTV’s and two levels – both with a full bar!  During half-time, grab your friends and play their jumbo Connect Four, Jenga, and corn hole.  While their inside area is fun, we recommend visiting one of their two patios to enjoy the great Florida weather.

Enjoy classic sports bar food – like burgers, pizza, wings, and more.  We recommend ordering the Fried Cheese Curds for the table, but they’re so good that you’ll probably have to order more!  Or visit during a night out and enjoy their late-night menu!

We love visiting Raffurty’s on a night out in Downtown Sarasota.  Here’s a tip – join them on Thursdays for Ladies Night!

We recommend using this as a spot to start a night out.  Grab some pints and get your favorite drunk pub food – we recommend the nachos!

Gecko's Grill & Pub

With four locations in Sarasota and two in Bradenton, Gecko’s Grill & Pub is a casual sports pub that creates the perfect family feel.  We love that Gecko’s uses locally sourced ingredients and a sustainable farm for their product.  Using their fresh ingredients, this spot serves lunch, dinner, and a full late night menu!  They also have a daily happy hour, so it is really easy to catch the deals at Gecko’s.

We love the menu at Gecko’s because they include a lot of flavorful items!  Check out their Famous St. Louis Smokehouse Ribs, which is an absolute deal for the price.  We also recommend their Boom Boom Shrimp appetizer, fried shrimp poppers tossed in a sweet and spicy honey chili sauce.

Brewster's Tavern

Brewster’s Tavern is a classic sports bar with a beautiful craft brewhouse feel.  We love the brick accents, roll-up garage doors, and games – like pool and dart boards.  At this spot, you order food and drinks at the bar and then seat yourself so you can choose the best view of the game.  Brewster’s also has a great happy hour, so check if your game lines up with their happy hour special times!

The food at Brewster’s Tavern is amazing, so if you’re looking for a pub with elevated flavors – then this is the place for you!   You should definitely try their Truffalo wings – a combination of classic spicy buffalo and that decadent truffle kick.  They also offer some great salads – like their greens salad topped with a filet of seasoned Mahi Mahi.
